Since Sarah & Phil Spence moved to the island 7 years ago, all properties have been extensively renovated to the highest standards utilising Phil's design & build background plus Sarah's design skills and passion for interiors.  

 

Having never visited the islands before their purchase, Phil, Sarah & daughter Mila (now 20) were looking for a complete lifestyle change - they certainly found it on Bryher and are full of passion for this beautiful island and what Scilly has to offer.
